You can't withdraw the money without that and most of the time weekends doesn't count because that's when the casino doesn't always do such things anymore.

So try to look at the documents first and when they are in order, then withdraw. If the whole thing has been going on for quite a while and you are approaching 14 days, let me know and file a complaint.

I have experienced huge stall tactics in withdrawing my winnings.

Customer support now states: "...we are really sorry for the delay caused because of the high volume of withdrawal requests. I've already escalated this matter, and the billing department will check and approve it as soon as possible, and you will be notified via email as soon as your withdrawal is approved. Once again, we are sorry for the inconvenience, and your funds will get to you as soon as possible. We thank your patience in regards!"

I initially deposited $800 in crypto with a bonus of $1000 and a rollover. I've since played through the rollover 2x and have submitted all KYC and even received two withdrawals (requested $2500 but only paid $300). My account balance is now almost $8000 and I have not even been able to withdraw even my initial deposit. Requested $2500 on the 11th of April and still waiting....the first two payouts were approved in 5 business days and deposited in less than 48 hours.


Does anyone have any insight or advice on withdrawing the rest of my winnings? I have since stopped betting as I'm unsure if I will ever get any winnings.

I now have a pending request that has been waiting for approval since the 11th of April. I've been fed multiple "it will be approved on x" and I'm still waiting.

Either this is a stall tactic to prevent customers from withdrawing their winning or the company is seriously insolvent. Neither are great options...

Unfortunately, as it is related to sports, we won't be able to help out here.

But hopefully they will soon solve that, if it is really just a technical issue. Right? Or withdrawal overload, to be exact.
