Pretty sure this is a scam. There is no way to contact support. I deposited around 80 USD, deposit went through, but it's not appearing on my account.

Yeah, this one is on me... All the links to their social medias are dead and lead to ice.game. I wish Casino Guru would have investigated this one thoroughly. There is no support, support link does nothing. No emails, nothing. So basically lost roughly 80 USDT thinking this was a real casino. F me.

Nope, I depoe'd an hour and a half ago, and the maximum USDT Ethereum transfers take tho show up is 10 minutes. I depoe'd to another crypto casino simultaneously and the transaction showed up in 2 minutes, which is usually the case everywhere. This is a zombie casino and a scam.


Also, there are barely any games either. Wish I'd been more thorough. I flagged this as fraud with my crypto wallet. Probably won't get the money back but for future reference.

So try to check in the next few days whether you will get the money in the casino or not. Sometimes it might show up a little late. I'm curious to see if anything changes or not but I'll be glad if it's okay. 😕

I have an ongoing fraud investigation with my wallet provider against these scammers. I have also requested info from the Anjouan authority as to whether they are even licensed. My guess is that they are not.

My provider concluded they cannot recover the funds, figures. Please mark this as a scam or zombie casino - I was as stupid as I was due to the Guru rating. I hope no one else falls for this crap.

I see that the email is not working, I have already notified our team, of course this is not the only request, we have to be a bit patient. I hope they will get to it soon. It's a pity that nothing could be resolved with the payment provider.

Also, whenever a casino is new, it will always be careful. Most of the time, unless we find out that something is really wrong, it turns out to be over time when players have a bad experience. Personally, I'd probably want to know what kind of casino it is beforehand, and if I couldn't find much, I probably wouldn't try it.

Sad, this is probably one of the worst situations when the deposit doesn't come and you have nothing to do but wait. If it doesn't come at all, I would probably think about a chargeback, but that can sometimes do more problems than good.
