Just joined yesterday and realised it was in Comoros and looked a bit dodgy. I did not bank anything or play any slots and am trying to close it. The BOT told me 1-3 days to wait for reply which I sent on an email. I noticed in the T&Cs that if the account is dormant they can charge monthly. Can they do this if I have not played or deposited anything. Thanks

Hi, well, I guess I'll be curious to see when you manage to close your account. 

Money charged for a dormant account is only in case you have some money in your gaming account. So if they start charging a fee for dormant accounts after six months, for example, it will only be from what you have in there. If you haven't deposited anything, then you have nothing to worry about.

Hi there. Thank you so much for your reply. I did verify by the email link but have not submitted anything for KYC. There are no funds - did not deposit - and am just hoping they will close it. The "BOT" says to allow 1-3 days and then 3-6 days for reply so let's hope it all goes through. I have certainly learned not to try any sites that are not covered by UK Gambling Commission! I will update when I can.

I think that's probably the best thing to do. It's always advisable to play at casinos that are regulated in your country and have a license, because if there are any issues, there is always someone to turn to. That's probably the biggest advantage. 

Anyway, I'll wait to see if you manage to close your account, and if you need help with that and can't do it, feel free to come back here and we'll try to help you.

Update. Hi again. I actually got an email from customer care Unlimluck last Sunday asking if they can help with gambling controls/they value membership etc and for me to respond and they would proceed accordingly. I reiterated that I just wanted to close the account and am waiting for a response to that. I have unsubscribed to all promotional emails they are sending which I do not think I joined up for. I think they are waiting to see if I will deposit which of course I won't. I have verified the account by email but not KYC or anything else as I mentioned before. I will see if they reply in the next few days. Thanks.

How does this casino approach verification?


there’s no where on their site to upload documents.


they’ve asked me to email support to initiate that process, have a pending withdrawal or £300.

Hi. I did not get that far. I verified by email but then saw it was in Comoros and was not sure if it was a legitimate company. Therefore did not deposit or upload any documents. They just do not seem to want to close my account - suppose hoping I will deposit at some stage.

Okay, suppose I’ll see what happens . I actually won it on a sister site of theirs https://garrisonbet5rdh.com but their support email address etc is UnlimLuck and the layout of the site is identical.

Hi - I just looked up sister sites for Unlimluck and there does not appear to be any. Is Garrison Bet based in Comoros?

I just went onto the help section and asked if they were Unlimluck - the BOT said no.

They aren’t Unlimluck per se but the sites are identical and their support email address is the Unlim luck one

Oh I did not look at the support email address. I asked them to close my account as I said in an earlier post - still not done. The email they asked me to use was block@support-unlimluck.com - they did reply once asking if I wanted to use gambling controls and how I would like to proceed. I told them I just wanted to close the account - heard nothing since and doubt I will now. I think they are waiting for me to deposit funds. Hope you manage to get your money.

Hi all. I am coming up to one year since I opened (very briefly) an account with Unlimluck. It will be just over a couple of months away until I opened it. I wondered if anyone has tried to close their account. I opened and tried to close it the same day as I am in UK and did not realise it was in Comoros. I am just concerned that they may try to charge me the monthly 50 euros mentioned in their Ts&Cs for not using the account - I did not do KYC and did not deposit anything. They have ignored all my requests to close the account - as I said earlier in a post they did email me once then saying they could help with gambling controls etc. As I have not used or done KYC - can they charge me with the 50eEuros does anyone know. Many thanks.

If you haven't deposited anything and you haven't sent any documents for KYC, that means they have no information about you, right?

So, how could they charge you, actually, is my question?

Also, please avoid playing at such sites, and if the casino doesn't want to close your account, please ask someone close to you to change your password to this casino site and never tell you what it is, so you are unable to log in ever again.

Hi Romi. No all they have is my email and cell phone - home address probably - as you have to do that when you sign up. I was just a bit concerned they could message me saying I have to pay something. I cannot recall the password and have not logged in since - I messaged them with the chat bot and sent an email asking them to close it last September. I have not had any contact from them since and I have not contacted them. I will not be logging in at all - ever. I joined them before realising they were outside the UK and KYC and any deposits. I think maybe I am worrying too much! Thank you!
