I need some advice on getting my wins back from them. I have been trying since May 28 2020. All kinds of paper work sent them and now it was under another 10 day review by management. The 10 days are up and they have yet to respond back to me. HELP

It is common that the casino is asking for more and more documents if they find that something is not matching or some document is uncommon. It might be an old version of some documents (too old driving license with unlimited validity for example) If this process take so long then please submit a complaint about this casino here: https://casino.guru/complaints/create/1
And we will contact them and ask why it takes so long or if there is some problem.
