It happens way too many times that a person let a casino know they have a addiction or just don't want to play and the casino litterly does not care.

Losing money will always keep happening but the fact that the casino is wrong players wil never be refunded. Even when you make a case on casino guru and you win. They still don't do anything. These casino's are not responsible at al and there is litterly nothing we can do! Very annoying. Im trying to fully close my account with a few casino's at this moments and they litterly refuse!

I totally agree with you but the anoying thing is that casino's don't allow you to close your account permantly. Just a month its ridicilious! I got now 3 accounts at casinó's where i want to leave and i mentioned i got a gambling issue but they littery refuse.

  • Wettson is already taking 10 days! If they would act right away i would not have played more the 4k
  • Buffbets
  • Blindluck is also taking months and also still not closed
