My account on the site has been blocked. It contains over 20,000 Egyptian pounds. When I sent them the documents, they blocked the email address linked to the account. When I contacted them from a different email address, they told me to contact them from the email address linked to the account. When I contacted the game's support, they told me to contact them from the email address, even though they know they have blocked me.

I withdrew my money without sending them any documents and they closed my account.

I only collected my profits from the casino.

They said for no reason, "Check the account," all because of the amount in the account and they don't want to pay it.

I sent them everything they asked for, but when they saw no benefit, they blocked me permanently. They don't want to pay money.
