As stated, I submitted my first withdrawal request of 500 euros on August 18, 2025.

Now five days have passed and nothing has happened, even though the terms and conditions state that the processing time is three days.

Live support is no help at all; they just keep putting you off, saying there are a noticeable number of withdrawal requests at the moment, so it might take a bit longer.

I strongly doubt that. Of course, they're hoping I'll cancel my withdrawals soon.

But I won't do that under any circumstances. I just want to get my money as quickly as possible.

I hope you can help me speed up the process somehow.

Ich habe wie angegeben meine erste Auszahlungsanfrage von 500 Euro am 18.08.25 in Auftrag gegeben.

Jetzt sind mittlerweile schon 5 Tage vergangen und es ist noch nichts passiert, obwohl in den AGB's von 3 Tagen Bearbeitungszeit die Rede ist.

Der Live Support ist überhaupt keine Hilfe, er vertröstet einen nur - es gäbe zurzeit auffällig viele Auszahlungsanfragen, dementsprechend könne es etwas länger dauern.

Das wag ich mal strikt zu bezweifeln, natürlich hoffen die, dass ich meine Auszahlungen noch zeitnah storniere.

Das werde ich aber auf keinen Fall tun, ich möchte einfach schnellstmöglich mein Geld erhalten.

Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir dabei helfen, den Prozess irgendwie zu beschleunigen..
