I am now 7 days waiting to have a withdrawal processed, firstly they want so much to verify the account you upload what you think is all the required documents and next thing they want a selfie of you with the documents! Ok so did that. Then withdrawal was cancelled after all this as I am only allowed to withdraw 15x my first deposit so €485 was deducted from the initial €860. So in the end could only have €375, which I am still waiting to be processed, providing they don’t ask for an organ or DNA test to prove my identity. I have never come across such an unfair casino in my life. PLEASE STAY CLEAR it’s not worth the stress 🤯🤯🤯
