I deposited 4000 DKK and my account got locked after that, I then tried to withdraw it since I couldn't use it, but got rejected. The day after, I contacted costumer service which helped me get 2000 DKK out of the 4000 DKK out, but now I'm still missing the rest. I have tried everything, from live chat multiple times and got the worst help. The problem has yet to be solved. I can't recommend this website for anyone.
