I requested my redemption for $100 on 3/29/25. On 4/3/25, I received an email informing me that my redemption has been processed and my payment should get to my bank account shortly. My redemption's status changed from 'Pending' to 'Processed'. Three weeks later today, my bank account still sees no sign of any incoming transfer from Mega Bonanza. I have contacted customer support multiple times to follow up and I get the same response each time... approved already and waiting for the payment department to complete. No ETA, just soon.
