Winning off a free chip is totally do-able! You just can't win big! The most I've ever seen that can be won off a free chip has been the amount equivalent to the Minimum Cash Out allowed by the Casino issuing the chip! Usually anywhere from $20 to $100 Max!
Free Chips are Win-Worthy though, for sure!!!
