Yeah the same case. Now it's solved. I was able to contact them using there telegram. They deposited the amount in the account. Case solved. Thanks.

i wish they have decent customer care support online , lucky for me i could fine them on telegram . its really risky and cant afford to spend time in getting reply if there is any issue, so i better avoid it in future , will stick to site with proper customer care.

not really , everything else is doing great, i did a payout too i got it in a day. only thing is cc. if they could find a solution things would be great for them and bettors too.

Well, I was expecting a far worse reply from you. Now, it seems that there is a nice casino, where it's fun to play, on the other hand, poor cc can ruin it all.
