Maybe they just don't deal with such cases when players write to them. Maybe they would have to do some investigation and stuff like that.
Anyway, it would be good if there was at least some automatic letter they would send where they offer their games.
That way thousands of people can write to them and they don't have to get to it at all or get interested, but I don't know exactly how it works.
Hopefully you'll be lucky and they'll reply.

I have a screenshot but on computer at home since i played on computer but i only took screenshot on winning amount because i didn't manage to capture the full screen unfortunately.
I have been waiting the withdrawal for 36 hrs now, their terms and conditions say although maximum 24 hours, and within 2 to 6 hours with crypto, and i withdrew with crypto. I just want to be paid out, i can wait.
The daily withdrawal is 10k dollars. It is my first time i actually win this big. It is mostly money back but it feels good to win some back.

Feel free to post the screenshot you have. We have a special thread where players sometimes brag about what they've won.
As for their Terms, I would always take them with a grain of salt at any casino, as what they write may not always be entirely reality.
It's better to expect some delay from time to time, although of course if there's no reason for it, there shouldn't be any.
We'll see when the money gets to you.

Yes, it is pending since i asked the withdrawal. Before i would be paid in couple hours but recently, it always take more than a day, sometimes up to 3. So now since it is a way bigger amount, i am afraid they will look for a reason to not pay me, knowing i played without using bonus in plus. Sorry but since the incident with nalu casino, i am always thinking negatively now...

I understand that once you have a bad experience with a casino, it leaves a mark.
Just remember that not all casinos are the same, and that there are reasons why a withdrawal may be delayed.
So if you didn't play with the bonus, that's a plus. I would try to see if the withdrawal status changes, and if nothing happens within two weeks, we are here to help if possible.

Has anyone had the experience of not being able to play until your account is verified? I deposited a total of $80, and was having a good time playing. My balance got to $200, then suddenly every time I try to open a game it just takes me to the verification page. I submitted my documents, but I guess they are pending approval. I'm just confused as to why on earth a casino would prevent you from playing while awaiting verification.

Hey, that truly goes beyond common sense. I do not play in this casino, so perhaps someone else will reach out here with a better response, but from a general perspective, some casinos indeed restrict unverified accounts. Sometimes this happens when deeper account verification is triggered or when the system raises a flag.
However, those are just possible scenarios. I would love to hear the casino's direct explanation, of course. Perhaps it is just because of the pending process, though I agree it looks weird without knowing the context.
