There is no need for taking any kind of details as when you making deposit to the casion the card details are registered. The casino has same exuses all the time that they have high volume and they are checking the games.. These are just useless exuses.. I am even ready to travel to their office and ask them to pay me in cash, bank transfer, cheque, or whatever is easy for them. Mostly bookies do transfers instantly. Well, if it took a year that you didn't get the money I wouldn't even think what excuse I would use to tell you the truth.
I know that sometimes a miracle can happen and the casino wants to repair its reputation after a while and pay the players who have some withdrawals there, but it doesn't happen often.
