The prime time is always after 6 pm when players come back home from work until about 10 pm. The problem is that you would need to know the timezone where most of the players are located. It's crazy to see the safety index of Betonline, they are probably the best or top 3 in the business.
It should be something like 9.8 or so.
Every problem I had with them was somehow software related or frankly was my own fault and still it was solved in my favor.
This rating is probably like saying Apple deserves a rating 1.4 because they are to expensive and you have to buy a new charger.
