i m happy that we have something like this for player support,
1. i m a player in Betstar555.com ; Betstar555.com says they are Curaçao license holders.
2. agent told the withdraw is delayed due to technical reason. since 22nd April 2023 they are not giving withdraw
3. everytime they called and told - to withdraw smaller amount from total winnings.
4. so did follow the same , and i played with remaining balance, Further - winnings increased upto INR : 2175000.00
5. now They are cancelling the withdraw again again and again.
6. i have an habit of recording the game in windows - so i have all the game recordings for evidence and proof
7. Owner is Mr. Ramarao / hyderabad / Inida.
8. Pls advise what to do.. They are not giving withdraw since many days.

Sadly, it seems someone lost the balance sooner than your account got verified. Well I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do, I fear. 🤔

I'm beginning to think you intentionally mixing several issues into one complaint. Kindly mind only one complaint per unique player is allowed due to the GDPR. So, take it as an advise, please.

Thanks for the update! It's great you didn't forget to update your complaint too! Much appreciated. Sadly, I also noticed the casino was given a second time frame to address your complaint, but we're still waiting for a sign of cooperation. I pray it changes soon!
