Nope access is not given . They're even not replying via mail too. I can even verify even via live call or even I can even e verify both aadhar and pan card .

And did they tell you all the documents are fake or just certain ones? It must be unpleasant, and as Romi said, our team will look into it and try to help. I hope we can resolve everything smoothly and if by any chance the casino writes you off or something changes, please let us know.

Nope they didn't say anything particularly. I can easily prove via e verifying both aadhar and pan card. The physical photo I sent exactly matches with e verified aadhar and pan so there's no chance what they claimed will be true

Very bad experience. Just they make casino sites to steal customer hard earned money. Never play on this site. They will offer good bonus and once you will deposit more then they will close your account without any notice.

Is there a specific reason the casino told you why they closed your account? Did you play with the bonus? If so, did you look at all the things around it properly?

Casino did not tell anything about closing my account nor they gave any reason before doing this. I just tried to login and popup came that your account has been closed.

I took the bonus (freebet) but I lost also. I did everything according to fair play and did not do anything which can harm casino. Whatever amount they deducted was my deposit money and winning from my deposited money only.

They just said that your overall winning is more than your deposited amount so we are deducting all your money.

I could not understand is winning on a casino site crime or sin so they deducted my money when I won.

Have you checked if they have something similar to what they told you in Terms? I've come across it before and it wouldn't be right if that's the case. 

I have one more question, did you bet on sports or did you play in the casino?

They did not tell explain anything. Just said as per terms and conditions your account is blocked.

Not giving any proper explanation why this happened.

They did not tell anything clearly. They just said your overall winning is more than your overall deposit. We are deducting all your money.

That's something very unfair to say. Could you please confirm if this is precisely what occurred? I mean, I guess we all feel that this is a bit harsh even for sports betting.

Can you eventually share a screenshot of this reaction? In my opinion, it is critical to see something like this with your own eyes.

Hello everyone,

I would like to ask for some guidance regarding my current situation with Betvibe Casino.

My account was closed immediately after I requested a withdrawal of approximately Rs. 8,000. I had already completed KYC earlier, and my documents were approved at that time. When the closure happened, I submitted all requested documents again, including Aadhaar (front and back) and my recent bank statement.

Since I did not receive a clear response from the casino, I filed an official complaint through the Anjouan Gaming site seal validator. I received a confirmation email from the regulator, and they CC’d the operator.

As of now, it has been around 13–14 days since submission, and I have not received any further updates from either the casino or the regulator.

I am aware that the operator has up to 30 days to respond under the dispute process, but I want to understand what other players’ experience has been with Anjouan cases and whether delays like this are normal.

I am not accusing anyone; I am only trying to understand the correct steps and what to expect.

Any insights or advice would be appreciated.

I don't have any direct experience with licensing authorities, but as you say, they usually take a long time to respond. That means that if you have to wait about a month, I would do that. I can't tell you when and what they will write back.

It's hard to say what to expect, but I would say a response to the whole situation, but of course I don't want to promise you anything. 

However, if you manage to get one, I would like to know about it.
