I ask casinoguru to remove or blacklist this casino. They are pure scammers. I made a cryptocurrency deposit, but it never arrived on my balance. After checking the transaction hash, I saw that the funds were credited to their wallet. I wrote to them by email, but several days have passed and there is still no answer. I have evidence if anything.

Unfortunately, we don't do that, as we prefer to inform all our users about everything regarding this or any other casino and view it clearly on our website.
Please submit a complaint here so our team can try to investigate the matter if possible, even though I am not sure if we'll be able to find something out, as usually it is difficult when it comes to crypto. You can try, though, anyway.
