Hello. I've contacted Caesar's Palace and I was told that it was a connection problem. Then I contacted him again then it was a location error. No location here came up and my phone service was just about and was at full bars. So what happens is I play five hand casino, the game as I'm winning decides to boot me off. And then the hands following wagers I lose every time and I lose until all my money's gone and I realize that it kicks me off so we can restart. It's not a one-time deal it's been happening for months and there's a lot of money involved. And I mean a lot of money and unfortunately I want my money back. It's really serious and like I said I want my money back and if I have to go through my account then I'm going to make sure I get all of my deposits back when the Spurs started to occur and happen. I don't care if it was a month 2 months 3 months ago I want my money back guru. I'm not going to want to sit here and play message back message back and tell me I'm screwed. And if anybody reads this do not go on Caesar's Palace. It's a control play and they will make sure you don't take much money out any which way.
May I ask if you have any kind of proof of this happening, please?
Perhaps it could be seen in your gameplay, even though I am not sure about it right now.
