I have already confirmed my email and submitted all required verification documents, including my Government ID. Despite this, my $2,500 withdrawal (Ref: nukronpq9) was denied without any clear explanation or verifiable evidence of wrongdoing.


Your repeated requests for "verification" appear to be delaying tactics rather than genuine security measures. I categorically deny any violation of your Terms of Service and demand the immediate release of my funds.


If this matter is not resolved, I will continue escalating my complaint to regulatory bodies, consumer protection agencies, and independent casino complaint platforms.
