Is there also a discuss media for 777.NL .. I put a review and complaint here and on trustpilot .. just wonder if there more people with the same issues ….my complaint needs a approve ( I hope ) . Tommorow a manager is going to call me ( they say ) …. But i did some research and the reason of not paying out my bets is not ok … hopefully some of the moderates will see my screenshots.

After waiting 2 months since the 28th of September I'm waiting for a withdrawal again, they claimed to have problems paying out to Revolut bank accounts though they verified me with it and accepted deposits from Revolut. I found a Belgian bank account I made some years ago and finally gave it to them. Even after 2 months their so called processing problem to Revolut still wasn't solved 🤔. They promised me that from the 22nd of November the money would be in my account in 1-5 days. As of the 6th of December I still don't see anything in my bank account. I contacted their CS through the phone and chat many times and they told me that everything is fine and I would receive the money soon, that's a week ago. They cut me off in the chat now and aren't as nice as before now that I told them that I'm tired of waiting. All I hear is sorry this sorry that but I don't see a swift and precise method of handling the situation. It's really tiring. They tell me that their complaints team is looking at it "again" when it's that same team that promised me after waiting for 2 months already that I would get the money more than a week ago. This is beyond ridiculous.

They couldn't pay out to Revolut because of some processing difficulties by their payment provider on the 28th of September, they were gonna fix it after I filed a complaint still to this day they didn't fix it. So I gave them an old Belgian IBAN I found after digging it up. They told me they transferred the money but till this day there's nothing in my bank account. At this point I look at them as a bunch of liars. I told them previous week that I didn't receive the money and their complaints team would get back to me between 1-3 days starting from Friday. You guess it.. nothing again. I've deposited over 3700 euro before this happened and I'm gravely disappointed. I don't know why I'm treated this way by them. We are going to the 3rd month now of waiting. I was playing on Unibet and got paid in a few seconds after asking for a withdrawal, I don't know what's up with this casino, they lie and lie. My trust in them is completely gone. They cut me off in chat telling me to contact the complaints team, but the complaints team doesn't respond anymore. I asked them proof to show me they transferred the money to me, I get cut off from the chat. They act like a rogue casino.

Hello, D-Rose, because of better orientation I moved your posts from" Casino777.nl delaying payment for almost 3 months" here to this Casino777.be-general thread, since you had clarified to us about what casino we were talking about.

I am sorry to hear about your problem. And I agree it is annoying and tiring process. 😕 I am wondering if casino offered you an alternative payment method, didn't do they ? What are you describing here is really an inappropriate behavior how to treat a players and I am sorry about that.

In this case I would definitely suggest you to submit a complaint. You already have an experience in it as I see on our website. If you need any other assistance, don't hesitate to ask.

They are super serious. I know also you can have your money in cash if you go to casino circus in Belgium. I don't know if you can do that, but its a solution for you to get your money.

The thing is I already had an internal complaint with them which was "solved" when they paid out but since the 24th of November they told me the money would be into my bank account between 3-5 days. They just sent me a email stating that their payment provider said there are no irregularities with my withdrawal. They asked me if I received it by now to which I replied no..

Contact them by chat to know if its possible. I used to go to "Casino circus" (they have several) to have my money.

Did they send an evidence ? Was your account number right ?

In France some bank block wire transfert and investigate the money.

They verified everything and I've sent them the PDF bank statement.

Hello D-Rose,

If the casino sent the money, I'd say that the casino should send you the transaction ID and confirmation. 🤔

I'm wondering whether submitting a complaint through our resolution center would help you, feel free to read about the process, and I'll leave the decision to you.

I'm very disappointed in them now another week is passing by and still nothing. It's gonna be weekend in a few hours, I really hate this it's disgusting to do this to someone who lost so much and finally wins something then the problems start.

I think that you should submit the complaint. Considering how long have you been waiting, I would do so much earlier.

I've placed a complaint. The reason I didn't file for a complaint is because they assured me they would solve this. You already know the answer to this. All I hear from them is sorry for asking so much patience from you which is annoying.
