High 5 Casino is terrible because they will not verify my account even though I went through the verification process, I even have screenshots to prove they just keep denying my verification because they don’t want to pay.file

Hi, so if your verification is declined, did the casino send you an explanation why this is happening and what is the reason ? Did you send the documents that are rejected ? It would be best to get right to the root of the matter. I'm afraid you won't be able to make a withdrawal until you pass it successfully, so I guess we'll get to the relevant information. 

If there are still problems and the casino fails to verify you even within 14 days, then I would recommend filing a complaint.

This casino never sent me any explanation why my verification was rejected. It accepted all the documents and that is at the end that it says rejected so I have no idea why; because like I said they didn’t give me a reason for the rejection. I even emailed High 5 Casino about the verification rejection and they just told me to retry which I did and it showed the same error message I attached in the original post saying "verification declined" with no reasoning.

If it's happening all the time and the casino can't explain anything to you then I probably wouldn't be patient anymore. They should always provide a relevant reason or solution and if they don't then I would think about filing a complaint as I have already announced. 

It's not right to just keep a player waiting and ultimately just reject the documents and say nothing about it.

High 5 Casino isn’t a casino that is supported on this website to make a complaint. But I have made a complaint with AskGamblers and they haven’t been able to do anything about it. So I may make a complaint to the FTC if all else fails.
