Oh, and how long has it been since they haven't paid you? 

According to my information and what I see in the review, players from your country are restricted. When you registered, did you enter all your details? What did you need to fill in? Did the casino verify you and did you have any successful withdrawals? 

If they allowed you to deposit and play, they should also allow you to withdraw money.

They have not paid since monday 4 aug. I am verified with all my info and details like my adress in the netherlands. I made several deposits and now 1 withdrawal. Also my bank is in the Netherlands as well, in my account you can see my adress as wel. I had no withdrawals before, but as i said a lot of deposits

In that case, if they saw that you are from the Netherlands, the casino should pay you, and if they use that as a reason why they shouldn't, that's not right. 

They can also close your account if your balance is 0 after withdrawal.

I would open a complaint, and if it is necessary for us to help or investigate the whole situation, then we will try to do so.

They have not given a reason, they keep saying we escalated the issue. But yes i will file a complaint, i need your help with this, thank you!

I filed the complaint yesterday. I will write down any updates, meanwhile i will keep trying trough the live chat as wel. I saw on trustpilot a lot of People had the same issue with corgislot. To bad i did not first check all reviews online

So this monday it is going to be 3 weeks and untill now the withdrawal has not been processed. I gave all needed information for the complaint so that has started. Meanwhile i keep trying to ask fir my withdrawal through chat and email. At least now my email is delivered. In the beginning my email to support@corgislot.com kept returning as undelivered???? I used the same emailadres so that was weird as well. But they only say we have escalted it and working on it to be solved??? But what is the issue??? I am verified all deposits are settled. I told you i would keep you updated in the forum as well so this is the situation now🫥🫥🙁

Well, according to what you say, the only progress is that they replied to you. I don't know what the casino can do, but it's a pretty common response everywhere.

It's tough when a player has to wait so long for their money, and I wouldn't want to be in your shoes. 

The fact that you provided everything to the casino and also to the complaint is a plus for you, and I believe that we will also contact the casino soon.

I would like to see this whole thing resolved and you get your money, but on the other hand, I don't want to promise anything.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you and wait for your hopefully good news.🙂

There is a new update now, i received 1 of my withdrawals without any info i saw it was added to my account. So almost 4 weeks later. Now i have a second withdrawal which was requested on the 17th of august, so the complaint has not been closed because of this second withdrawal.

Well, waiting that long for a withdrawal is definitely something I wouldn't want. We'll see when this next one arrives, even though it's already approaching the same time. It's important that you get your money, but waiting without any information can be quite stressful.

The only thing that's informative about it is that you already know approximately how long you'll have to wait.
