I have been receiving emails for a $105 free chip to try "Crypto Loko". I can look them up via Google and it shows they have a rating here as well as open complaints, but I'm not able to click on the actual casino or read the info associated with them.

Does anyone have any experience with this place?

I am from Peru and I won the 105 dollars that were indicated as the maximum profit of the 105LOKO coupon, which came to my PERSONAL email, with the following terms:


"Rules, because you gotta have em. This is a one time only invitation chip for you, because you are special. The wagering is nice and low - only 30x. If you're a winner, you can withdraw up to $105 - also fair."


To do this, before winning, I verified my account using my National Identity Document and a selfie, everything was going well, they even created a cryptocurrency wallet for me to withdraw, but 4 days after the withdrawal process, they denied it to me, they I wrote an email because they don't have live customer service, but they simply answered me the following:


"The free chip 105LOKO welcome bonus is not allowed in your location, if you deposit and use a match bonus or deposit and play you can request a withdrawal, not from welcome bonus"


However, in their terms and conditions they mention the following regarding some countries with restrictions:


"6. Unless the Casino Management specifically gives prior agreement, Welcome Bonuses are limited to one promotion per player, per family, per computer, per address and per IP address.

So an agent explicitly told me that they would give a solution to my case in a maximum of 2 days, however they were based on the following totally MISLEADING AND FRAUDULENT term and condition:


"Players from certain countries may not cash out from free chip offers if they have not previously deposited. These players may partake of said free chips for amusement purposes only. Please contact a customer support representative before using any free chip offer to understand your eligibility for withdrawals."


Supposedly when I received a coupon to my PERSONAL email, they had to base themselves on specific criteria to make said redemption valid and therefore playability and possibility of winning, however, they opted for the easiest and most beneficial way for them, which is to seize my Profits. Ah, my country supposedly has restrictions on withdrawing, but not on depositing, what a scam!

However, you may still deposit real money into your account to play and withdraw. Won 2k on 105e bonus. Wager it and Withdrawaled 105 out. 3 days after got 96.65e on btc.

Read the terms.. Seems odd people do not read them. For example i played wageret money to 300e and double check the terms witch i notice that max withdrawal is 105 no more or less. I quick eye it for not less then 105.

Casino seems overall okay, i will try out more bonuses for sure.

Sadly, it happens quite often that 3rd party companies send promotions to the wrong players. This is not an excuse, but in combination with those rules, well quite complicated for players to stay in touch with what is allowed and what is not.

Sadly, I can't point you anywhere. The best shot seems to be the live chat or support email, though I believe that you simply have to wait till the proper department will take care of you.
