Gets solid reviews, but when an issue comes up, dont expect any help. I tried to redeem $3000 3 times all marked "failed". Contacted support finally get a reply saying the redemption system is down. They didnt get it fixed until the next day. Cashed out $300. Complete let down.

Hello, If I may, I understand this is not a very convincing situation, so when i checked your system to find reviews of this casino, I was surprised to see its high Safety Index. In my opinion, this site is not what we call a scam, but I hear that you are currently unable to get paid.

I guess the way this casino addresses this situation will show us more. As far as I understand, is this payout problem recent? Could you please let me know how long you have been waiting for the payment?

Another thing, when the casino told you that the withdrawal system is down, is that still the case and you can't make additional withdrawals? If so, did they say how long it would be?

Hey jaro thanks for the reply. And yes this website does get overall great reviews which I was surprised at given the circumstances that I faced. To answer your question, the redemption processor was down for about 12 hours. I was able to redeem how much smaller amount the following day. I had three redemptions fail even though they advertise instant redemptions. I also saw on their chat board today that their redemption processor is down today as well. You would think a reputable site like this would be able to have easy communication with their processor and get it fixed immediately.

With such reviews, it is clear to me that players would have expected more. 

On the other hand, I would like to point out that even the best casinos can have maintenance regarding such things and I would try to wait when you say that it was only a few hours and therefore it should be going on today. 

If they have any technical problems, they have to sort it out and obviously nobody can withdraw during this time. 

If they also have it stated on the page, I would take that as another plus because a lot of casinos might not even tell you that something like that is happening and just tell you how you can be sure that you will get funds. 

So try to wait a little longer and see if that gets fixed.🙂

yes it was down for the day but back up and the staff was nice in general. I def lost money because of the system being down, but won back some of it 🙂

Hey Jaro - this is the only site Iv used that would do everything to not get you to set a purchase limit, take a break, or self exlcude. When you request it, they would entice you with a small bonus, or say what can we do to make you more happy. Also, when you do set a limit or break, the staff would remove it at any time even if you specifically asked for a certian time period. I asked them about it, and they ended up blocking my account fully and wont communicate at all.

This is certainly not pleasant. Players should feel safe in the casino. 

I know that some casinos don't have responsible gambling options, so you probably wouldn't get anything there, but things like closing your account or self-exclude should always be taken seriously by casinos. 

Sometimes it can happen that they convince you with a bonus as you say, that's normal, but when a player says he wants to have a closed account again they should do so. 

So if they blocked you, it's probably better in the end.

Thanks Jaro - I think in California, or most states, there are rules that social casinos can not bribe or entice players to not use the resposible gaming tools. Im going to look at who I can contact regarding this. I think the responsible gaming rules are what allow social casinos to operate.

So I would definitely like to see this implemented everywhere in the future.

We are still talking about a resolution but they havent responded for awhile. Too bad they seemed really nice and willing to resolve at first.
