I deposited 450,000 TRY and won a total of 2,528,000 TRY. The platform only paid 350,000 TRY and then blocked my account, denying access to the remaining 2,178,000 TRY. They also falsely claimed my account does not exist.

I wonder whether there has been any form of communication between you and the casino support before the account was closed. That could give us some further tips on what might occur. There must be a reason, at least for the casino, why only aspecific sum was paid. Do you perhaps know this reason, please?

I withdrew my winnings from Dahibet in parts: 100,000 Turkish Lira on the first day and 250,000 Turkish Lira on the second day. However, when I requested another withdrawal of 250,000 on the third day, my account was suddenly blocked.

Before my account was blocked, I contacted live support and was clearly told that there was no issue with my withdrawal and that it was in the processing stage.

About a week later, I received a single email from the site stating: "Due to the holiday, we have just returned to the office. As of April 1st, we will start processing your payments." However, after that date, the site went completely silent and, in bad faith, effectively scammed me by not proceeding with my remaining payments.

One positive thing at least, is that the account has not been blocked or frozen. However, it is not appropriate to let you worry without further updates and a pending withdrawal; therefore, I would recommend submitting an official complaint against this casino.
