I appreciate it! I figured it was worth a try. I spoke with their support 1-2 days ago and was told they were awaiting a reply from their manager and would contact me by email. I have not received any correspondence from them yet.

It seems this casino does everything on its own time... Hopefully, the complaint will remind the people behind the casino that players should be treated with care all the time, not just when they complain. I truly hope we will help you out!
