I already answered these questions on November 16th. Why is my account still restricted? This is beyond unprofessional how this situation is being handled. I attempted to withdraw funds I won on September 1st, 2023 and Golden Nugget restricted my account. Since then, I uploaded requested bank statements and self-identification to the upload center SEVERAL times and complied with the responsible gambling survey in a timely manner. filefilefilefile

Hello, I see that you have a problem with account verification and withdrawal. Did the casino give you a reason why this situation occurred and why the documents are not yet verified so that you can withdraw the money ?

I am at the beginning of this process & experiencing the same thing. Check out the reviews in the App Store, this is a CONSTANT issue that is brushed under the rug. Please let me know if you have any update on your payout.

Please ignore my response as customer service reached out to me that night and confirmed the requests were verified and processed. All & All, it ended up pretty well without too long of a delay for me.
