Iv been with this casino for years and never had an issue….till now

VIP status removed after winning approx 10k
Now going to 11 days
first payment of 5 not yet processed
cannot process the amount left
withdrawal maximum reduced to $200

Has the VIP status any relation to the total amount of your deposits? As far as I know, this is the most usual model, so when players win a bit more, they don't need to deposit for some time, and then the VIP level drops lower.
Anyway, does it mean you've been waiting for a withdrawal for 11 days at Golden Pokies Casino?

The VIP status is changing and going up whenever you make a deposit. So whenever you do not make any deposits for a long time, your VIP status will go back down.
In your complaint Kristina has already informed you that they need to wait 14 days before they can intervene, so until then, there is nothing much to do, unfortunately, just to wait, what they will be able to find out about this delay in your withdrawal.
