Hello everyone,

I found some features in the sports betting section of this casino that caught my interest. I noticed they accept users from my country, but to be sure, I also confirmed this via email. After receiving their confirmation, I attempted to open an account. Below, I’ve attached a screenshot of their Sign-Up form:

After filling in all the fields, the process moves to Step 2. Here is a screenshot of how the second page looks:

As you can see, they have a "Captcha" verification to confirm that a human, not a bot, is registering. However, the captcha doesn’t display anything—no checkbox to tick or symbols to replicate. It just remains as you see it in the screenshot. I couldn’t get past this captcha, even after trying different browsers and clearing cookies.

On December 9, 2024, I emailed their support team about this issue and attached a screenshot to show exactly what was happening. However, I have yet to receive a response. I periodically check, hoping it was just a temporary technical problem that has since been resolved. Unfortunately, the situation remains the same—I still can’t bypass the captcha and, therefore, cannot complete the registration process.

If anyone has successfully registered here, could you please share how you managed to do it? Of course, I’m also counting on the Casinoguru team to assist in resolving this issue.

we are flattered you have such trust in our capabilities.

As far as I understand, you face a captcha issue while trying to register in the casino, which is something we can't resolve for you remotely. As far as I can tell, because when any Casino Guru user faces the same issue at our website, it is me who handles that; you have tried what you could on your end. Also, the fact that the casino has been nonresponsive to potentially new players eager to bet makes me wonder whether they still operate the way they did.

So, I'm going to let this casino be checked by my colleagues and add a note about non-working registration, at least.

It will take some time, so please stay patient. 🙏

Our guys tested the registration; no captcha issues, so we could not figure out how to overcome that. 🙁

Hello,

I just saw your response and tried to register again. Unfortunately, the situation hasn’t changed for me – I’m still stuck at the CAPTCHA, which I cannot bypass. Your positive experience encouraged me to be persistent, so I also tried registering from another computer using a different internet provider, but I still couldn’t succeed.

I’m not sure if it’s worth contacting their support team to ask if they could create an account for me.

In my opinion, this is an issue worth reporting. I would definitely reach out to the support, because I'd say you have already run out of any other options. According to the best of my knowledge, Captcha, a tricky feature, makes our own developers mad all the time. 🙁

I'm quite sure you won't overcome that on your own, so I would vote for the support getting involved. Hopefully they will very soon understand the problem is not on your end.

You personally managed to help me resolve my registration issue in a very interesting way:

As a result, it reminded me of the developers I’ve worked with in the past. They used to find creating mobile versions of websites extremely tedious. So, I decided to access the goplay365 website from my phone, and as I suspected, the Captcha there looked different – just normal. I managed to pass it and successfully complete my registration.

After that, I logged in from my desktop, where I usually work. Interestingly, there was also a Captcha during login (!), but this time it was completely normal as well.

Of course, I made sure to first visit your website on my phone and use your affiliate link to access goplay365.

Thank you for your assistance, and I hope to see only positive reviews about goplay365 here in the future.

Case Description:


On January 23, 2025, I opened an account with GoPlay365 and made an initial deposit of €200, joining the Welcome Bonus SPORT 50% promotion, which offered a 50% bonus up to €50 on the first deposit, with a 3x rollover requirement within 14 days.


Fully complying with the bonus terms, I placed three qualifying multiple bets of €50 each, ensuring that: ✔ Each ticket contained a minimum of 3 selections ✅ ✔ All odds were 1.40 or higher ✅ ✔ The bets were placed within the required 14-day period ✅ ✔ The total wagered amount met the x3 rollover requirement


On January 30, 2025, I received an email from GoPlay365 stating that I had not met the bonus requirements and was removed from the promotion. I immediately disputed this decision, providing them with screenshots of my qualifying bets and the bonus terms, proving that all conditions had been met.


GoPlay365’s Response: To this date, I have received no response or justified explanation as to why my bonus was revoked. On February 24, 2025, I submitted an official complaint to management, but once again, no reaction.

Conclusion: GoPlay365’s unfair and dismissive behavior raises a legitimate question: Is this even an operator that wants to be present in the market? If GoPlay365 continues with such dishonest practices, it will struggle to establish itself in the industry. Lack of transparency and refusal to take responsibility towards customers are serious concerns.

I do not recommend this bookmaker to anyone seeking fair treatment and reliability.
