They said they had to verify my winnings with the supplier at that time because I won on slots, but that's all. There is no verification process at this casino because it is an anonymous crypto casino without KYC. It would be strange if they wanted me to go through verification now because I have withdrawn more than 200k in total without verification. Currently, I'm still waiting for my withdrawal, and it has been 10 days. They mentioned they need to check with the supplier and verify my winnings from when I played blackjack on Evolution Gaming. If it takes longer than 2 weeks, I'll file a complaint.

I think it is also important to mention that at the time of withdrawal, my cryptos were worth 38,000 USD, and currently, they are worth around 24,000 USD. In 10 days, I lost 14,000 USD due to the price decrease. If they had a fast and smooth withdrawal process within 24 hours, I wouldn't have lost that much due to the volatility of crypto. In the crypto space, 2 weeks is like 2 months.

I understand that verifying with the game provider can take longer, but it's now been 13 days. I won everything by simply playing Blackjack, with multiple smaller bets rather than one big win. The total amount I cashed out was around $38,000 USD, but due to the delay, it's now worth approximately $10,000 USD less. This is incredibly frustrating because cryptocurrency prices change rapidly. I've made several withdrawals before, ranging from $10,000 to $20,000 USD, and those were nearly instant. I'll wait a bit longer before filing a complaint

I surely understand your point, but unfortunately, as I mentioned before, when the casino needs to check with the game provider, it really can be a longer-lasting thing.

Did you try to ask what exactly are they investigating, perhaps? I'm not sure if they will be able to give this answer, but I would ask them just to know.

I filed a complaint. The latest message I got is:

I don't believe market fluctuations should impact whether my withdrawal is released today or later. I've already been waiting 19 days, and I understand that the decrease in my withdrawal amount from $38,000 to $20,000 is my own risk. However, the fact that they can hold my withdrawal indefinitely raises concerns that the casino may be becoming insolvent and unable to pay out winnings.

Okay then, let's see where our complaint team will go. 19 days is quite enough for me, if I'm right, and even for me such information would not be enough anymore. Especially when you still don't know how long you have to wait. I hope that this can be resolved as soon as possible and that you will get your money. 

However, you mentioned that your gameplay was checked by the provider. Is that over or did you get any information about it ?

They haven’t provided any further updates on that. I also believe that playing Blackjack on Evolution should be free from any possibility of foul play. It's been 21 days now, and my withdrawals still haven't been processed

Don't they have somewhere in Terms how long such an investigation could take ? I don't think it's okay for no one to contact you and tell you anything about the situation. I would expect the withdrawal to move on after this process is over, so I guess we'll have to find out what's going on soon. But since you have a complaint, our team will try to assist you. I hope we'll know soon how it is.

I am in contact with the VIP manager, but they haven't been clear about the situation. First, they were verifying with the risk management team, then with the supplier. Now, they say they need to review all outstanding transactions due to cryptocurrency fluctuations. It feels like there's always a new excuse to delay my withdrawal. While they've offered me free spins to compensate for the wait, I just want to receive my funds

Yeah FS probably wouldn't even satisfy me in this situation. I sympathize with you and I would not want to hear something different all the time because I don't have money yet. I am very curious when this whole situation will come to an end. 

Also Terms are just making general comments so we probably won't learn much from this.

So we will have to wait for further developments. I guess it will be over soon. 😕

That sounds horrible, losing 18k because of a stuck withdrawal. With the way you are describing it i'm guessing they invest most of their profits and they got liquidated with the spike in volatility lately. I might also be wrong it's just a guess. 38k is also a large amount to withdraw, but thats not supposed to be an issue. Did you allready receive a better response? It might also be that they are intentionally holding it because of price drops, i hope it's not the case though.

A tip for the future is to not cash out such large amounts at once, at any casino. It's more likely to get flagged and thus put on hold. My max cashout at any casino is for every 12h 2000-2500 max. That way it succeeds instantly 99/100 times and you avoid the issue you have right now. I'm not blaming you or anything, just want to be helpfull since i experienced this myself once in a different casino aswell.

Correct they state it's because they are checking with the provider. But they also give reasons such as fluctuating crypto prices, etc. It's very strange. My account is not even frozen so if they think I am doing fraud wouldn't I be stoped from playing further until they figure out the results?


Also, I only play NLC slots, so it's very very odd they have to check with provider for 2 months?
