I tried to email jacks pay 7 times and it’s not going thru because they blocked now they are changing there thread as we speak on there texting and I can’t submit anything does anyone have a physical address

and a name I’m trying to print and mail but they are changing there whole process how come they haven’t done this with everyone else who has negative comments about them ? Now they are going to say that I abused the bonus or promo policy can you show me where I did do that ? And please show me the two IP addresses your claiming you blocked me for and who are the names of these people that I asked to do things for me ? I did find three other people that have my phone number and they are going to be submitting complaints as well here but they are first going to prove to casino guru that they didn’t know me at all and that Jackspay did the same exact thing to them and they do t want you to be able to claim your the victim and you took a lot more money then you lied to me about but they the three people who are going to file complaints with want to do it thru an attorney and they want me to be part of there complaint because they have reading everything that I have been trying to say and you keep lying and they refuse to do it with this format so I am going to continue to go forward with my complaint and I’m also going to become a part of there complaint as well with the attorney that they plan on using

so I’m would like the $1800 in Bitcoin you owe me and your name and address so I can mail you my own documentation if you don’t provide it they said something about the attorney is going to subpoena you and that damages will be in the 7 figures all I want from you is to provide proof of what I did for you to steal my $1800 and for you to block me off of your site these other people say that your doing the same thing over and over and they are afraid to come out to casino guru because with your rating they say you shouldn’t be allowed to do it anymore when does this game of yours end and when and why haven’t you shown one ounce of proof that you haven’t done anything wrong why does Jackspay not have to give anybody a player someone with a customer service issue that no player can ever complain because they never get the name of the person from Jackspay who keeps making up things and you say that wasn’t you they asked me to ask you how many people are I your customer service dept ? And what is your name ? Oh boy I just received two more emails now who want to be apart of this the complaint against you but they are intimidated because you haven’t provided anything on my situation and how did Jackspay get a 3.7 rating I don’t think I’ve seen one lower why don’t you explain that and how come nobody is coming out in this forum to defend you? These people say they are afraid and intimidated by you because you do t provide any name or anything period you lie then lie again and lie again I am going to the police because my wife is now concerned for her safety because we don’t know who you are and what your address is and you just block anything or any account and you keep the money and then you decide who you are going to pay out so it looks like you arent cheating everyone when I’m fact over time you wind up cheating everyone as f I don’t know why casino guru puts up with all your cheating I mean do they have to let you be a part of this forum until you have a zero rating and then you say my poor wife threatened you ? Everyone going forward is going to take you on privately in on big case to close you down everything on this forum negative about Jackspay is here but going forward it’s not however I’m goi g to finish my complaint as on as I figure out how to do it and then I’m moving on to the private matter because not only did you not pay me you refuse to answer one question out of the 10

He has no pending withdrawals.

So, may we ask if a player has no pending withdrawals. How can we pay someone who isn't technically owed.

Gregory can you show us and GURU proof that we owe you $1800.

Updating GURU on the status of this. It's been 3 weeks since my last payment.


My host has been in touch with me via Signal App saying he would message me when he got an update. He didn't seem to be getting any updates because I had to constantly reach out. I understand him not reaching out because there isn't any news from higher ups. The problem has been the same, they've sent the wire to receive the funds but it has not come yet.


I've been religiously checking their BTC wallet to see when something would come in, and $1000 came in today. I have reached out to my host to ask if they could send that to me.

Hey there. We told the player that we had some funds available that was under the pending withdrawal. He said he would like to play something. We recommended he could reverse his winnings and we could send him partial. The player then reversed it days later but wagered it and lost his pending withdrawals.


If a player asks what they can do to play in the meantime and they have a pending withdrawal. We do suggest to reverse a withdrawal as its his money and his decision to do so.


He decided to reverse and then spend it versus allow us to pay partial.

We have responded to Eliott every single day. He is up in the middle of the night messages our representatives who do not start their live chat hours until 5am PST.


We respond to him whenever they start their day and have done so this morning as its 4:52am PST.

Please don't dance around the subject and only address the fact that I messaged you early. I messaged you starting from 5PM PST on the messaging app and also on live chat which you did not answer. Don't try to paint me out to be the villain. You clearly have said on LCB as well that you guys operate till 9 PM PST. I have reached out well before that time on signal and live chat which you refused to come in and answer.  

You guys have received funds to your wallet address and Ive been asking if you could send that.

Yes I reversed because you lied about Paying me you told me to do a reverse withdrawal and make the withdrawal for $500 instead of $1800 and I said okay and what happened? You took off for the weekend and never paid me so if you couldn’t pay me $500 how where you going to pay me $1800 ? I’m so sick of your lies everyone else has the same story no $$$$ where’s Taylor I read about him to so your still hiding nameless behind Jackspay? Not for much longer you’ll be getting a registered letter soon my complaint is just about finished

Hey there. Submit a complaint. Taylor is one of our live chat agents. He doesn't own the company, manage the company or have a say in what happens in upper management.

We are not responsible for those who reverse and then wager their reversal.


We don't pay out on weekends. You even agreed to this on 4 previous withdrawals we paid you.


You wagered and unfortunately lost your reversal.


Submit a complaint.

Doesn't seem like anything will be coming this weekend.

Today officially marks the 3rd month of initial pending withdrawals. The two 2500s were requested on 5/1/22.

I have refrained from reaching out via third party messaging app and have kept it to the live chat, but Taylor refuses to show up.


It seems like they're updating their site to a 4th of July theme, maybe fix what's wrong with your processing issue / banking issue before making those changes. I've been told that they have paid for their reup already but have not received it. Not sure how much truth there is to this statement. Would refrain any player to NOT play until the payment issues are fixed.

reup as in they paid their BTC supplier.

Live agent has said they have wired the money to their supplier but there were issues at that level. Not sure how much truth there is to this because excuses seem to change every time, but this is the current one.

Still no concrete update from JacksPay casino. It seems that multiple users are NOT ABLE TO WITHDRAW.

Directly from the LCB board, another user has had a pending withdrawal for 600$ for 11 days.

That user is getting the same generic excuses that I've received months ago. Please update with concrete evidence behind your delay of processing / paying out issues @JacksPay.
