Nope they paid straight away just hva to resend docs since recent legislation, but same people own both ones for vip ones for newbies and also joka vip site and there. Newbie site is wildcard I can send links cause they have to chnage there site names sometimes they close them open up again with a slight variation of the name I guess it's cause they may not have Liscence I duno

how did this casino got good reputation? They have 3 unsolved complaints with unlicensed. I have a complaint against their partner sites wolfwinner as well. The rating is calculated with many factors, therefore it may happen that even casino with complaints and no licence can have relatively high rating (as Radka has mentioned, they have also multiple positive aspects), but if they completely ignore players addictions we will take measures.

I think that Christmas may be causing this delay aside from the agents. 🤔

We allow casinos 14 full days to complete the KYC and fulfill the withdrawal, still, you can submit the complaint now and we shall see what happens.
