KingsWin Online OÜ stole 100 euros from me. I made a deposit on this site. Turns out I had active limits. I tried to withdraw but they did not let me (they require 3x wager for deposit). I disabled limits. 2 days after I get email confirmation for disabling limits and suddenly I can not log in on the site. My account has been made "inactive" without any explanation. Rooster.bet is impossible to reach from any sources (support, e-mail, Whatsapp etc). I made a complaint to estonian tax comission. I contacted Kingswin.com support (they share the limits and are the same owners) and they told me to remove limits from this Kingswin.com site to make a difference at rooster.bet (not even joking). Clearly this is not normal, this is a complete waste of time, fishing for extra money and a scam.

You deposited at this casino and didn't wager the deposit. Right?

It is nothing unusual that players need to wager the deposit due to the AML policy, you know, so I can understand why the casino doesn't let you withdraw.

And do I understand correctly that you are unable to log in to your account at KingsWin?

Do you still have some money left there?

These two casinos have a completely different owner, as can be seen in their reviews, and I actually got lost here.

I got my money back after all the complaints. I do not recommend anyone to deal with them.

I couldnt even play at the site. Firstly they said the site was having problems, then I was banned for no reason at all.

In Estonia the same operator operates those 2 sites.
