I think you should consider other aspects as well...

We all want to get paid immediately, but there are some conditions that must be met first.

May I know whether this is your first withdrawal? If so, allow me to quote from your complaint:

"If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you."

I'm quite sure the time frames mentioned in the rules do not include KYC and other procedures. 🙁
