This has now been going since last Friday 15th of March.

Second withdrawal has now failed and next they’re saying I can try a VISA card instead of Mastercard but funds haven’t been returned my balance yet.


33 emails so far to try and get this sorted, customer service is terrible they are extremely slow.

In this case, I would really suggest you submit a complaint here so our team can intervene. It must be surely frustrating to go around in circles. Right?
