I've never really noticed that tab before as it's in an area I usually skip over.

I'm pretty active and notice quite a few errors here or there, so this is definitely something I'm going to make a lot of use of lol

I spend far more time finding and researching a casino than I do actually playing at it (I have really bad luck 🤣)


Most of the things I come across are minor details. Things like an expired bonus, wrong payment information, etc.

Every now and then, though, I'll find better stuff like casinos that operate without a license. Personally, I think every review on Casino Guru should have the important information displayed at the very top of the screen. URL, parent company, license number and RTP range should be the first thing people see instead of having to click on "show company details", and any casino operating without a license should have that very obviously displayed so people can make informed decisions.


I know that the bonuses are the reason most people start using this site, but it's the real reviews and in-depth information that has kept me coming back.


I'll do my part to pass on whatever limited knowledge I've gained. If I can help prevent even just one person from having to experience the sickening feeling of having their hard-earned (and for some people very needed) money confiscated by a shady casino, then I'll consider that my good deed for the year 🤣

You made several good points - appreciated. I'll try to comment on some of them. 🙂

When it comes to the bonuses, you would not believe that we are mostly limited by the number of updates we get from the casinos... The moment our team finds a new bonus, we aim to get strict and precise information, to ensure the players won't be mistaken. Sadly, as time goes the casino decides the bonus is not worth it anymore, or rules should be adjusted - happens a lot. If only they reach out to us with this information. Nope, normally, it doesn't work like this. 🙁

And here comes the players with a keen eye, kind enough to update us!

The issue with payment methods lies elsewhere, I'm afraid. We are not simply capable of providing complex information for each allowed country instead, the overview is a list containing all available methods for every country at one spot, so it is not pretty accurate, especially for some players from certain locations.. 🙁

No surprise - the updates are also up to us mainly...
