I'd made a £25 deposit, with 100% match bonus which I've been playing with for the last 2 days. I get a message mid game that my account has been blocked for over spending yet its the same deposit of £25 I'm playing with? It's up at £69 at the moment. There's a message that comes up saying they need some info from me, it won't take long. But no one is in the chat, it's been over 14 hours and no response. I can't access games, my account to withdraw within the site, only chat? What is this? I've never had this happen before, it's ridiculous. Can anyone advise? Cheers

Hello,

honestly, I have no precise idea. If any problem occurs, the casino's staff should promptly inform you about the current state o things and what's the purpose.

The only thing that comes to my mind is gambling limits. You may exceed one of the limits set. In this case, I believe that there is some "cooling period" during which you can't play, after that those limits should reset.

If this is the case, you should be able to find it in some account settings.
