Hi there its been almost 21 days(excluding the weekends)i made my withdrawl request I was not aware about the Mr Slotty Casino reputaion I checked their reviews online and to my shock its a horrible Casino in this age how such criminals can operate legally online?I have been told I will get notified by the department very soon once they make all thier checks it has been almost a month now the amount i am seeking is only couple of hundred pounds but its all about principals and i made my deposit in a good faith so any suggestions how can i get my money back from this Casino?

Well, establishing an online casino is the same as starting a fresh new company. Pretty easy, I'd say. It's up to players whether they decide to play there or elsewhere. Frankly, casinos even don't have to operate under any license if they decide to. 

Feel free to check all solved complaints with Mr Sloty so you can see that the problem is almost always the delayed payment.

Hi there thanks so much and really appreciated for the reply i can understand its my fault but its a daylight robbery I mean how such scammers are allowed to operate online in the heart of our community there are no watchdog or any department which keeps en eye on such scammers?its not a Casino its a pure scam and the irony no one is seems to take any action about these cowboys?its alarming...do you reckon i should contact my bank as i used my debit card for the deposits?🙁

Hi there groundaffect, don't let anyone make it out to be your fault not even yourself, we trust these casino with are money are winnings, they say we are the bad guys, well we ain't, I though I was bad I been only waiting 17 days now, but the casino shut my account and now won't pay me, WHY because they lied yes the casino did not me, anyway I just want to say don't give up get your winnings

Hi,

we try to provide help to the whole community, frankly, we may serve as a mediator between the player and the casino, since we are not the regulator nor the official authority. 

I'd say that the real scammers know that they are virtually untouchable, or should I say unreachable, due to the lack of any license. You can try to sue such people but it will only work if you can find them I think.

Back to your question, you are talking about the cashback, am I correct? I think it would not hurt. I'm sorry, you will probably not get paid by the casino, I guess.

So let's try the bank.

You might be wise to avoid all of these casinos. I have no definite proof but I believe they are all from the same operator Global Games Tech file

Sure, try the bank. It's better than nothing since this casino seems not to care for its players.

I'm curious if your bank can refund, please let us know.

that sounds pretty useful. Let's just hope that this casino will pay some attention to all we would like to investigate. It's always a bit tricky when dealing with any casino with such a low reputation...

Hi there just a little update,came across to a very helpful and kind Customer services at Mr Slotty he assured me he will contact with his finance department and will rasie the issue of my pending withdrawl and this afternoon i recived an email from him that the finance department have finally started to arrange my withdrawl i can also see the status of my Withdrawl have also changed so there is a ray of hope i might get my money back...

Well little bad news this morning I checked my Mr Slotty account the Withdrawal transaction could not be completed reason mentioned"City location was missing"and now the funds were back in my account I made another fresh Withdrawal request this morning and God knows how long do I have to wait now...very frustrating 🙄it's still beyond my imagination how such casino's are allowed to be operated this is a clear cut fraud and money laundering and authorities seems like to have a blind eye on it.

I wonder, did you check whether the city location was missing somewhere?

Authorities can only react if you got this problem to their attention. This one operates under no license so the best you can do is never play in such a casino again.
