As I was looking at your complaint just now, they wrote you off. The problem with them is that the payment provider has some trouble, but you've probably heard that enough. 

Apparently they are going to send you an email recommending another method of withdrawal as this one has failed several times. Have you received anything yet or not ? I hope it will turn out well and you will be able to withdraw everything. 🙂

Yes, they did email me. I'm not too sure is it because they decided to send me the email as a result of the complaint on Casino Guru or becasue I sent an email to suppport@oshi.io today.

Eitherway, I'm glad there is some progress.

They have requested me to send it via Bank Transfer, so I did.

They had 2 bank transfer partners "WIRE" & "MIFINITY_AU". So I transferred $1288 via "WIRE" and $1008 via "MIFINITY_AU".

Their withdraw page stated it will take 3-10 days to clear.

It's a shame that they didn't tell me to do this earlier.

I do feel their live chat support is hopeless. I suggest anyone has REAL problem with Oshi Casino to email support@oshi.io rather than talking to the live chat.

Will keep you guys posted to see if I do eventually get my money!

You're welcome, and we'll definitely wait for an update. 

Hopefully this time the withdrawals will go through and you'll get your money. I see that you split both withdrawals, so I firmly believe that neither bank transfer will fail.

Why does it say this casino has pragmatic but when I got on there it doesn't have any pragmatic games

Hi Mwratten,

They do have Pragmatic games and it does work. I have tested it on my account and I'm also located in Australia.

I know some providers might restrict their games from players of some countries. Such as NETENT games, Evolution Gaming and more will not serve Australian players.

Reference to Oshi casino, I have had an extremely bad experience with their delay in withdraws. I suggest you tread with caution with this casino.

I have used Tsars Casino and I have so far had a good experience with them. Easy verification and no problem in withdrawing.

Yes, I'm quite sure both will eventually come through.

As an update, only the $1008 via "MIFINITY_AU" has came through (within 24 hours of request).

However the other $1288 via "WIRE" has yet received (it's been 3 days so far since request)

Both bank transfer withdraw were to the same bank account.

They did state 3-10 days for bank transfer withdraw, so let's wait and see.

Hi, hayy22wong explained it quite well and it's true that some providers may have restrictions on players from certain countries. Have you tried asking the casino what the problem might be ? Maybe you will find out what is the matter. 🙂

Well, that's good news and I'm glad that it moved forward. I firmly believe that the second part will come to you and you won't have to wait long for it. At least you have tested both options, so you know that the first one will probably be faster.

I will wait for your next update and I hope you will receive the funds as soon as possible. 🙂

Update, I finally got my final withdraw of $1288. - Yay! 🙂

You and the Casino Guru team is amazing.

Thank you for hearing me out while I was going through this withdraw issue. If wasn't for this website's forum, I don't where else to vent my frustration. Plus with your complaint channel it was very helpful, even though Oshi Casino took their time in participating in the complaint discussion.

I will write a review on Oshi Casino bit later. I can tell you know, it will not be a positive review.

I still don't understand how Oshi Casino obtained #1 recommended online casino by Casino Guru.

I can't tell you how happy I am that you finally got everything you were entitled to. This news always cheers me up, even though I know what the price was. 

As for the user review, you have enough experience to be able to objectively say what you liked and didn't like, so I believe it will be helpful for other players as well. 

Anyway, whatever happens, whether it's at this casino or another, you can always contact us and we'll try to help or advise you.

But I hope it won't be necessary, at least not from the negative side.
