Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Guys I want to do a support group, I’ve lost everything due to gambling, friends, family you name it.

I think its fair to say that its been well documented that if the casino is using incorrect merchant codes, be it via Visa or Mastercard that by simply stating that you purchased goods such as a TV or a Bed which didnt turn up or you were charged multiple times for an item, that a chargeback will be initiated and once initiated its very unlikely to be challenged by the illegal casinos.

Can I open the discussion re anyones experience with illegal casinos which use the correct merchant codes but are still operating illegally, such as Betswagger and PHcasino and their payment processors Pulsion Pay whom operate in Cyprus and Payop.

What are peoples experience with chargebacks in these scenarios?

Yes I got my deposits back from Ninewins I emailed Monzo and explained to them that they verified me passport bank statement and phone but refused to pay me £2000 so I got my deposits back on chargeback £375. My reason was they shouldn't have verified me and let me deposit if they had the clause 4.2 in their terms and conditions players from the UK is a restricted country and it's forbidden to play for real money. Scammers!! I found the Monzo rep to be very sympathetic and helpful and as such they are my main bank of use I have 4. Good luck 🤞
