Maybe your account was blocked because you submitted the withdrawal for the first time. Meaning now you have to get verified in order to get paid.

I actually share the same sentiment for this "online casino" I registered for an account days ago, i think? But, only started playing at this casino today. I went in and paid 300php as my starting "capital" like i would normally do with any other online casino platform. I like to test the machine first before I even start paying for a much bigger amount only to end up losing a much bigger chunk of the cashed in money. at around past 5pm today, I won around 8k. So I decided to stop at 7.5K and processed my withdrawal request with them. I already verified my identity with them and even contacted CS to know how long will it take for them to process identity verification. I was told that I passed the verification process and that I have to refresh my page. I did exactly what I was told and saw that indeed it was already completed. I, then, processed my withdrawal request. After a couple of minutes, I checked on the status of my request and saw that it got rejected. I immediately contacted CS and was informed that my betting is still under review (which is ok, by the way). Since this is the very first time my CO got rejected by an online casino, I become worried and started searching for similar situation w/in FB and also google (that’s how I found this article and your website). Honestly, those comments that I saw made me feel that this is is all a scam. AnywY, ill try to wait for their update. Per ler CS they don’t have a specific timeline for it

I think that unless the review is done, all withdrawals will be rejected. Some casinos do it this way.

Yes, I can still access my account. I have tons of screenshots and even a screen recording of me playing it yesterday while sending a message to the live chat rep. You’d see there that they’re unresponsive. The messages are only even tagged as delivered and not "read" which means they didn’t even dare open it. I have 2 of the most recent chat transcripts as well. Where can I forward them? I need an email address where I can send it to, please. The screen recording as well as the screenshot is still in Google drive with their own folder labeled as PB.
