Hi - I get the feeling I'm not going to be getting my winnings. I deposited £50 on Saturday and won roughly £350. My account is verified otherwise it won't let u withdraw. Verification didn't take to long which was surprising. Withdrew on Tuesday and its now Friday and its still in pending withdrawal. Seems to be the same automated response from them saying will be sorted as soon as possible. Chance of me seeing that money??

Anyway, you've been waiting since Tuesday and the casino still communicates with you (even though you say it's probably some automated response). I'd give them more time. Probably a week. Then I believe it's enough time to sort it out and send you the winnings. Just make sure you don't lose what you won! Don't make this mistake 🙂

Latest news is that it's no longer in pending withdrawal. But haven't had a mail to say its been processed etc. I guess do I need to wait now?

No it's not showing on casino account. It doesn't really have a withdrawal history that I can see and can't see any status. I did get a slightly different response saying my payment will made as soon as possible rather than they will review my payment as soon as possible
