I am trying to withdraw my money from this casino but am having a really hard time. There is no live chat and they are not replying to my e-mails.

I will not lie to you. This casino has an absolutely terrible rating. One of the worst on our site. The casino operates without a license, so the only thing I can advise you is to make a complaint on our website. I am also attaching an explanation of the entire complaint process. In the future, I can also recommend you to choose casinos with a better rating... good casinos have a rating 6.5 or more on our website. Casinos with better rating are more likely try to solve complaints than those with low ratings. I'll keep my fingers crossed that you somehow manage to get your money. 🤞🍀

Has anyone managed to do a withdrawl from players club vip, I have emailed them many times yet no answer, I have sent all necessary documents for verification but not been verified, I have funds which I would like to withdraw, they are more than happy to take your deposits but when you want to take out your winnings it's another story, it's only £400 but still rather it was in my bank, always deposited without taking bonuses so its not an issue about wagering

Might be worth the try. Though keep in mind such casinos do not care much about complaints.
