Ich kann keine Beschwerde bei ihnen aufmachen weil das Casino nicht gefunden wurde auf ihrer Seite ich bitte um

Das casino täuscht hier ganz klar vor das Spieler aus Deutschland in ihrem Casino spielen dürfen.

Punkt 1. Ich glaube das es mitteile Pflicht ist das Casinos in CURACO oder wie diese …. Insel heißt, anhand der IP Adresse den Zugang zu ihrer Webseite blockieren, so wie es mittlerweile bei fast jedem Casino ist wo ich mich versucht habe anzumelden.

Punkt 2. ich bin also auf der Webseite das Casino sieht anhand meiner ip Adresse das ich aus Deutschland komme übersetzt mir sofort die Seite auf deutsch, ich fange an mich zu registrieren wo gleich vorausgewählt wird das ich aus Deutschland komme ich gebe meine Daten an deutsche Adresse Telefonnummer deutsche email alles deutsch kein Problem, ich kann sogar mit dem live Chat auf deutsch reden weil ich mich vor meiner Einzahlung noch informiert habe wegen den Bonus Bedingung der live Chat hat mir dort auch nicht gesagt das ich nicht spielen darf. Mein Konto wurde sogar verifiziert ich habe eine email erhalten dann wollten sie noch mal ein Kontoauszug wegen meiner Auszahlung und dann aufeinmal sagt das Casino durch den live Chat das ich hier nicht spielen darf UND ich meine Einzahlung erstattet bekomme!!!!!!! Ich solle einen Rückerstattungsantrag stellen per email ich hab alles anhand von Screenshots. ihre nette Kollegin hat sich ja mit einer deutschen IP auf dem Casino eingeloggt und hat alles schwarz auf weiß gesehen. Dieses Casino nutzt dies betrügerisch aus und handelt hier ganz klar meiner Meinung nach illegal ! und ich habe keinen vpn benutzt um auf diese Seite zukommen.
