Anyone had problems with withdrawals from here?

had confirmation of my withdrawal of 500.00

3 days later it isn’t in accepted and been removed from pending,

contacted them and they asked for a bank statement.

I sent across and still nothing been 4 days now,

Hi, have you ever managed to withdraw from a casino or is it your first time ? Has your account been fully verified ? I assume that since they need a bank statement, you have to do a supplementary verification. Have you tried to ask the support what exactly is the problem with your withdrawal?

As for this casino, have you checked our user reviews ? Some players have had similar problems with their withdrawals and I think that in the future the information from here might be useful. I also hope someone would join this conversation and help you with their own experience. 

Anyway, regarding your situation, let us know so we can try to figure out what might be the "bottleneck".

Hello, I would like to help you but since the player didn't reply, I have no idea how it turned out. I would say that maybe it was solved but that would be just my guess. 

Anyway, do you need to verify with the casino ? Or do you have a problem with the withdrawal ?

Withdrawal problem. It’s been a week now and I have sent off bank statements to them. But still lack of communication and it’s been 5 days now since I sent off my documents. I talk to them every day trying to find out what’s going on but they just keep telling me I have to wait. It’s very frustrating.

They say to wait another 48 hours but as this point I’m really losing trust

Yes, I understand that it's not pleasant, but if the casino hasn't checked all your documents yet, then they probably have nothing to say to you, so I would be patient. We give casinos 14 days to sort out the withdrawal and account verification process. If nothing changes and they repeats the same thing and you will be without money, be sure to let me know and I'll try to make a recommendation.

Hi, so they've recently locked my account stating "It's in my best interest to stop gambling" despite the fact I haven't used their site since I tried to make my withdrawal. They are still apparently "reviewing my documents" but it has been well over a week now. And I am quite worried to be honest they keep saying I will recieve an email when their review is complete but I just can't see it happening. I've tried writing a complaint but they said it would take 28 days. It's supposed to be UK licensed casino but I feel like I have been scammed completely here..

As I said, I give casinos 14 days to resolve both withdrawal and account verification. If that fails, you can also file a complaint with us and our team will try to help you as best as they can with your situation. Apparently the verification hasn't taken place yet since they haven't sent you anything, so we'll just have to wait, although I know the further it goes, the more uncomfortable you feel. But we'll still be here if things don't go as they should. So let me know.
