I did a deposit yesterday, $250 through USDC coin and it has not been credited. Live chat doesn't seem to be replying, I sent them a message after I deposited and yet to have a response.

Seems to only ever be 2 people online in chat (I think it's stuck at 2) maybe just a complete sham site?

Not sure probably money gone.

Hi, has anything been resolved or not in this time? How did you make the deposit? Sometimes it is necessary to wait some time for the deposit to be credited. Still the chat hasn't written you off?

nothing resolved, no funds credited, live support has not replied to any messages for days. looks like the site is just complete abandoned by the staff.

it's very weird because I found them from an article about their US sweepstakes casino they're planning on opening, assumed they were active and legit from that.

Oh yeah, that's probably what everyone would think. Have you tried contacting the payment provider to see if the money left without any problems?

There is no way to contact the payment provider, it only has a crypto deposit option. they just wiped the chat where I said the deposit didnt work as well so I believe they are just scamming.
