Can anyone recommend a decent casino that actually pays your winnings? I've had some really bad experiences with casinos that don't pay, make you wait for months & totally "ghost" you when you need to cash out...

I'd say the user reviews serve as the recommendation. I'd like to add that keeping an eye on the casino rating and submitted complaints seems to be a healthy habit too. 🙂
Another good suggestion would be to verify yourself straight away after the registration, so you can avoid possible delay once you want to cash out.
