I have been fooled twice playing with Richpapa's online casino and its sister websites. Last night I deposited $20 in Richmama and usually the deposit takes 4 mins to show on account to start playing. But they delayed it when I asked live chat they told me they were having issues with the bank..and to wait and try later...from 9.40pm Melbourne Time...it was half an hour..1 hour wait...they I kept getting told different things. I was told they were having issues with the bank. After like 2 hours they told me to upload the receipt again. I did it again and again and again kept getting rejected. Then they told me that the payid I used was wrong. I immediately wrote on the chat that it was the same payid that was showing on the website to pay into mobile payid was- 0480894414 F Romeo. Now during the delay they had changed the payid in the back ground with the mobile number 0480894417 notic ethe last digit "7". They have similar mobile numbers and fool people once they make deposit they change it in background saying customer/ player paid into wrong account. Its a scam way of stealing money. I told them it was the second time they had done that to me. Still no response and remose no refund.

Basically, it is always risky to play in a casino that lacks general terms and conditions, as there are no rules to follow and no protections for the player. This specific casino also tends to show fake licenses.
Please do not play there any longer.
