I have just seen that you say! Roo Casino is closed and no longer operates?? Weird! I am trying very hard, jumping through hoops to get a payout of winnings from this site to the sum of $4500au. If what you say is true, I have no chance of getting them! They are still taking money though!

Oh, this is usually the worst thing to encounter...

I would say a closed casino means no new players are accepted, but actively taking the money? That's grose!

Are you also able to play any games? I mean I can't access the site with VPN - it does not work. 🤔

No they actually frown on the use of location masking ie using a VPN. As for games yes I can get full access to all games unless they are games not allowed because of bonus rules.

As I said initially I deposited $40au got a 50% deposit bonus out of which I won in excess of $5000au in the end I put in and am still trusting to get 2x withdrawals 1 x for $2500au the other for $2000au.

all my verification documents were excepted and passed. Then came the big The fraud department has flagged your account! And further identification is needed! So I had to use all my verification items but give them as pictures with me holding them!!

They also asked for a previous card. Unfortunately I could do nothing about this because I have a new card and that one was destroyed.

I don’t think it’s been long enough to warrant a complaint just yet! If I still have no luck in another week then a void what I will do! As it is it’s only been about 5 days.

On the 22nd July I initiated 2 x withdrawals

At which time I was requested to supply verification documents! Which I did. Then I received notification that my account had been scrutinised by the fraud department but had been flagged for further scrutiny! 

But my account had been fully reviewed! 

Since then I have submitted everything possible for your scrutiny and got notification that my account had been updated.

It is now the 28th July and still nothing?

Will I ever receive this withdrawal from you or will we continue to go round in circles???

I agree you are right to be angry, but sadly there is nothing I can do for you aside from the complaint, as I suggested earlier. I hope you understand now. Do you?
